Refund Policy

App stores Direct Subscriptions

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid services provided by Vibe Check, including Even, Outsider, Riser, Restly, LaunchLens, and related services. Refund availability depends on the purchase channel, purchase timing, applicable law, platform rules, and the specific facts of the request.

If platform rules or local law provide stronger protections, those rules or laws will apply.

2. Purchases through app stores

If you purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store, refunds, cancellation, and billing are usually handled by that platform. You should submit refund requests through the relevant platform process.

We can help troubleshoot purchase issues and provide information where the platform allows, but the platform may independently decide refund eligibility, timing, and outcome.

3. Direct purchases from Vibe Check

If you purchased paid services directly from Vibe Check, you may contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase at support@vibe-check.top to request a refund. Please include your purchase email, order number, product name, and refund reason.

We usually review requests after receiving complete information. We may deny or limit a refund if the service has been substantially used, fraud or abuse is suspected, the request does not match payment records, or applicable law allows us to refuse the refund.

4. Subscription cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewals, but it usually does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current period. Unless the purchase platform, applicable law, or Vibe Check grants a refund, you can usually continue using the paid features until the end of the paid period.

If the subscription was purchased through an app store, cancel it through that platform account. We cannot guarantee that we can cancel subscriptions managed by third-party platforms on your behalf.

5. Incorrect charges, duplicate charges, and service issues

If you believe there was an incorrect charge, duplicate charge, inability to access purchased services, or a serious service failure, contact us as soon as possible. We will review order records, platform status, and available evidence.

If the issue is handled by an app store, payment provider, or bank, you may also need to contact that platform.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method. Actual timing depends on the payment provider, app store, bank, or card network. After a refund is completed, access to the related paid feature or content may be terminated.
