1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the websites, apps, and related services provided by Vibe Check, including Even, Outsider, Riser, Restly, LaunchLens, and any future Vibe Check product that links to these terms.

By accessing or using the services, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the services.

2. Accounts and responsibility

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You should provide accurate, current information and update it when it changes.
• If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that organization.
• Our products are not directed to children under 13. If local law requires a higher age threshold, that threshold applies.

3. Services

Even provides facial training and feedback features; Outsider provides perspective-based reading experiences; Riser provides habit recovery logging, planning, and support features; Restly provides step-interval breaks, virtual plants, gardens, and team-based rest habit features; LaunchLens provides indie product launch page scanning and launch readiness checks. Features may vary by region, platform, app version, and account status.

4. Payments, subscriptions, and cancellation

Some services may offer paid features, one-time purchases, or subscriptions. Prices, billing cycles, trials, and included features will be shown before purchase and may be processed by an app store, payment provider, or Vibe Check.

Subscriptions usually renew automatically until you cancel through the purchase platform or an account option we provide. Cancellation usually stops future renewal charges, and access may continue until the end of the paid period unless applicable law or platform rules require otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attack, interfere with, reverse engineer, or bypass service security or access controls.
• Do not upload or share illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful content.
• Do not abuse automation, bulk requests, or other methods that affect service stability.
• Do not use the services in a way that violates local law, platform rules, or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Vibe Check, Even, Outsider, Riser, Restly, and LaunchLens names, interfaces, software, text, graphics, marks, and other content are owned by Vibe Check or its licensors. Unless we expressly allow it, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from them.

You retain rights to content you submit, but you grant us a license to use it as needed to provide, maintain, improve, and protect the services.

7. Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services. We may also limit or terminate account access for security, compliance, abuse, or operational reasons. We will provide notice where reasonably practical.

The services are provided as is. We work to keep them reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that the services will meet every expectation.
